USED THM ZM1608 – MeWa UG 1608 GRANULATOR – in stock
Tire and alternative fuel shredder.
Offer for the supply of a used THM ZM1608 – Mewa UG 1608 secondary shredder (granulator), designed for final shredding of waste for energy production. The device has been overhauled by the manufacturer.
Input material: Foils, textiles, paper, rubber, tires, and other waste that, after proper shredding, qualifies as alternative fuels.
The devices are capable of shredding single, non-hardened metal parts with cross-sectional dimensions up to 20 mm and pre-shredded pieces of sheet metal up to 3 mm thick. Shredding material containing larger metal parts is not intended for this device and may damage the cutting mechanism.

Description
Single-shaft shredder (impact shears). Driven by a V-belt and flywheel, with an overload slip clutch. The rotor and cutting mechanism components are made of special, high-strength, tempered, wear-resistant, and easily replaceable steel. Granulation screen with hydraulic lift. Machine control via a control cabinet with a control panel. Feed hopper with built-in hydraulic pressure.
