We are looking for a reliable manufacturer to produce a custom plastic tube according to our attached STEP file.

Product requirements:

Custom-made plastic tube manufactured according to our 3D drawing (STEP file).

Wall thickness: 3 mm.

Suitable for year-round outdoor use in all weather conditions, including exposure to UV radiation, rain, frost and temperature changes.

The manufacturer should recommend a suitable, durable plastic material for outdoor applications.

Dimensional accuracy and consistent quality are important.

Sample and order quantities:

As a first step, we would like to order a finished sample for testing and approval. If the sample meets our requirements and the price is competitive, we intend to place regular orders of approximately 1,000–5,000 pieces per order.

Price is our most important selection criterion. We are looking for a manufacturer who can offer a competitive unit price while maintaining the required quality.

Please include the following information in your quotation:

Unit price for 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 pieces.

Cost and lead time for producing and delivering the initial sample.

Recommended plastic material and its outdoor durability.

Any tooling, mould or setup costs, if applicable.

Minimum order quantity and regular production lead time.

Shipping costs and delivery terms to Estonia, European Union.
