Listing and Moderation Policy
Effective: July 14, 2026
This policy governs the content requirements for listings that may be published on the b2bstock.eu platform, the approval and moderation process, and the procedure for reporting (notice-and-action) illegal content, in line with the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA, (EU) 2022/2065).
1. Manual approval
A submitted listing does not appear immediately: it undergoes manual review. The turnaround time is typically up to 48–72 hours from submission. The Provider may approve the listing, return it for correction, or, in justified cases, reject it.
2. Prohibited and restricted content
Listings relating to or containing the following, among others, are prohibited:
- unlawful, stolen or counterfeit products, or content infringing intellectual property rights;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, hazardous chemicals without the relevant permits;
- protected species, or food/animal products that breach the law;
- medicines or products with medicinal effect without authorisation;
- misleading, fraudulent, false or scam offers;
- hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise unlawful content;
- unauthorised publication of others' personal data;
- unsolicited advertising (spam), or content that does not fit the category or is misleadingly classified.
The list is not exhaustive; the Provider reserves the right to reject further content incompatible with the purpose of the Platform.
3. Reporting (notice-and-action)
Anyone may report content believed to be unlawful or in breach of this policy:
- using the report function available on the listing, or
- by a message sent to info@b2bstock.eu.
A report can be handled effectively if it contains: the identifier or reference of the listing concerned, the reason for the objection (why it is unlawful/non-compliant), and the reporter's contact details for feedback. The reporter undertakes to act in good faith.
4. Handling of reports and measures
The Provider examines reports within a reasonable time, carefully and objectively. As a result of the review — proportionate to the severity of the infringement — the following measures may be taken:
- leaving the content unchanged (if the report is not substantiated);
- restricting the visibility of the listing or removing it;
- a warning, restriction or termination of the user account in the event of a repeated/serious infringement;
- informing the competent authority where necessary.
The Provider informs the parties concerned (the reporter and — in the case of content removal — the advertiser) of the decision and its reasons, in accordance with the applicable law.
5. Remedy (appeal)
An advertiser whose content has been removed or whose account has been restricted may appeal against the decision at info@b2bstock.eu, stating their reasons. The Provider reviews the appeal and, in justified cases, amends its decision. This does not affect the user's right to a judicial or administrative remedy.
6. Abusive reports
The Provider may take action against users who frequently make manifestly unfounded reports, or who repeatedly publish illegal content.
7. Contact point
The contact point for moderation and reports: info@b2bstock.eu. This policy forms an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions.
