Our SinglePass Color Digital Inkjet Printing Machine is designed for high-speed, variable-data and short-to-medium-run digital printing on a wide range of absorbent materials.

The SinglePass printing technology enables continuous, unidirectional printing with high productivity, while the digital workflow eliminates the need for conventional printing plates. This allows designs, graphics and print jobs to be changed quickly without plate production or replacement.

Water-Based Ink System

The printer uses a 4-color CMYK water-based ink system:

Cyan

Magenta

Yellow

Black

The system can reproduce a wide range of colors through CMYK digital printing.

Two types of water-based ink can be used:

Pigment-based ink

Water resistance

UV resistance

Improved lightfastness

Suitable for applications requiring higher durability

Dye-based ink

Suitable for applications where high water and UV resistance are not required

Lower resistance to fading compared with pigment-based ink

Adjustable Printhead Height

The printhead height can be adjusted from 0 to 110 mm, allowing the machine to accommodate substrates with different thicknesses.

Printing Speed and Resolution

The printing speed and resolution can be selected according to the required production quality:

1200 × 600 dpi Up to 24 m/min

1200 × 300 dpi Up to 48 m/min

The actual production speed depends on the substrate, image coverage, ink consumption and required print quality.

In-House Software and Control System

The machine is equipped with a proprietary control system and software developed by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer develops and produces its own main control boards and also supplies these control systems to other digital printing machine manufacturers.

The software can be remotely updated and upgraded by the manufacturer, allowing future improvements and technical support without requiring the machine to be replaced.
